Why Grasp

The $1.4 trillion financial advisory industry relies heavily on costly and scarce cognitive labor. It’s so inefficient that firms charge millions for junior teams, whose work is 90% manual and repetitive. AI will fundamentally change this by automating large parts of this work and delivering a massive productivity uplift.

Grasp is an agentic AI platform for finance, purpose-built to solve complex company and market research workflows. Role

As our first growth hire, you will drive top-of-funnel growth and position Grasp as the leading AI platform for investors and advisors through content, industry reports, and other demand-generation initiatives.

Leverage AI to scale the function, and own experimentation, distribution, funnel optimisation, and analytics to continuously improve performance. Work closely with founders and the commercial team to turn insights into pipeline.

This is an in-office role based in Stockholm, with relocation support. You’ll have unlimited access to tools like Claude, Codex, and Cursor, and are expected to use them extensively to automate and scale growth.

Skills

Analytical self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to operate independently and own execution end-to-end.

3–6 years of growth or marketing experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience in paid acquisition and channel strategy.

High curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to scale work and drive performance.
