About the role
You’ll lead Grasp’s Account Executive team in Stockholm—driving performance, supporting deal execution, and refining how we sell the AI Analyst to finance professionals worldwide. We’re looking for a top-performing sales leader who combines hands-on sales excellence with a passion for developing others.
The majority of your time will be spent managing and developing our Account Executives: owning team results, joining customer meetings, planning, problem-solving, and approving deals, improving the sales process, and driving joint learning and performance systems. You’ll also carry your own quota and own the full sales process end-to-end.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Stockholm.
Skills and requirements
- Proven top performer in B2B SaaS sales, ideally across both SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Experience from successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Bonus: Experience from finance—either having worked in or sold to the industry.
