Role
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for retention and upsell identification across our customer base. You will own the commercial relationship post-sale, working closely with customers to align Grasp’s AI platform with their strategic objectives and evolving needs. This includes onboarding new customers, introducing product updates, executing renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. On top of this, you will continuously gather and analyse customer insights to inform product development and the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Skills and requirements
2+ years of relevant experience, either from:
Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, with strong track record vs. targets and peers, OR
Corporate finance, management consulting, or private equity roles.
In addition, you need:
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage renewal processes and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a clear focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
