Finance AI Specialist
We’re looking for a Finance AI Specialist to shape how Grasp’s agents handle deal work, and to turn product capability into real use cases with leading PE firms, investment banks and consultancies.
TL;DR
We’re looking for a Finance AI Specialist to work cross-functionally across our product and commercial teams as a domain expert. You’ll shape how Grasp’s agents handle deal work and engage with leading private equity firms, investment banks and consultancies to drive adoption by translating product capabilities into real-world use cases.
Why Grasp
Grasp delivers first-move intelligence for deal teams. The best deals are won before a process starts, and Grasp makes sure our customers get there first. Our agents continuously read the market and catch what others miss - the founder with no successor, the new CFO with PE experience, the quiet contract win with a Fortune 500 customer - so our customers can make the call before anyone else and win deals competitors never saw coming.
Grasp is already used by 300+ of the world's leading private equity firms, investment banks and consultancies, including Triton, Bain & Company, PwC and EY. We're growing 4x per year, have offices in Stockholm, London, and soon New York, and are backed by renowned investors such as Octopus Ventures and Yanno Capital.
Role
Finance AI Specialists bring deal expertise into our product and our customer work. Our users are deal teams in private markets and their alpha comes from analysing vast numbers of companies across scattered and unstructured data, to find the diamonds in the rough before anyone else does. You’ll understand the full deal cycle, turn it into concise product requirements, and help customers leverage Grasp to gain an edge on the competition.
Your responsibilities will include:
Product development: You’re the deal expert in the room when we build. You define what good output looks like, test and build features before customers see them.
Product roadmap: turn what customers teach you into what we build next. Shape the product roadmap with our CPO by scoping new features and workflows anchored in clearly defined customer problems.
Customer adoption: Partner with our Account Executives to land and grow customers. Run trials and expert trainings with senior deal professionals, co-build workflows on their live processes, and be willing to go the last mile to win the deal.
Forward deployed: Work embedded with deal teams at our largest accounts, designing tailored workflows, connecting Grasp to how they work and growing the relationship.
Skills and requirements
Have 1-3 years of full-time experience in investment banking, strategy consulting or private equity, ideally at a top-tier firm such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain, a bulge bracket investment bank or a leading private equity fund.
Bring real ownership and entrepreneurial drive. You go beyond your role, take on problems before anyone asks and get things done without waiting for direction.
Command the room with MDs and partners: ask the right questions, read what they need and adapt as the conversation moves.
Know how deals are sourced, screened and executed, and judge analysis with the critical eye of an experienced banker or investor.
Be genuinely curious about AI and how it will change the financial industry. You use the tools every day and can lead the conversation on AI with senior clients.
Additionally, we think you will thrive in this role if you:International exposure to deal making outside of Nordics is a plus, not a requirement.
This role suits someone with a bias to action, who doesn’t wait for a brief or a sign-off to start.
What we offer
A seat at a fast-growing startup scaling globally that is reshaping how dealmaking is done with AI.
Unmatched exposure to senior dealmakers at leading PE firms, banks and consultancies, early in your career.
Competitive compensation, including stock options.
Work directly with our CPO, our founders and a team of former bankers and consultants.
