Role
You’ll own Grasp’s US market end-to-end, working alongside a founder relocating to New York to open our US office. You’ll build on our UK blueprint, where we scaled from one to ten people in a year.

Initially, you’ll drive sales yourself, from generating pipeline to closing deals. You’ll then recruit, coach, and lead an exceptional team of AEs and BDRs, adding other local capabilities as the business grows.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an outstanding salesperson who wants to build a business - not just manage one - with ownership of US revenue, go-to-market execution, and hiring.

Skills and requirements

• Exceptional enterprise seller. Proven track record of exceeding ambitious B2B SaaS targets and closing complex deals with senior executives.

• Proven commercial leader. Experience building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams, with a hands-on approach to execution.

• Builder- and ownership mindset. Thrives on building from the ground up, moves quickly, sets a high bar, and takes responsibility for outcomes.

Experience selling into the financial industry is a plus. You should be based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City.
